The basics

503 Wholesale LLC sells used and vintage clothing in bulk. Everything on the site — bundles, crates, and rewards — is a way to buy real, physical clothing. Prices are in US dollars. Stock is first paid, first served; sending a bundle or opening a crate does not hold inventory until payment clears. Once we send an invoice we make reasonable efforts to hold that stock briefly while you pay.

Credits

Credits are a promotional balance used on this site. One credit corresponds to one US dollar of purchasing power with us. Credits are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between people, and can only be spent on our products. Trade-ins of crate pulls are paid in credits, never cash. We track loaded credit balances on our side against your name or Instagram handle; the balance shown in your browser is a preview and resets when the page reloads.

Crates & the arcade — 18+

Crates and arcade games are for adults 18 and older. Every crate ships a real piece of clothing — there is no losing box; what varies is which piece you pull. The odds for every tier and item are published on each crate before you open it and are the odds actually used. Pulled items can be kept (we ship them or you pick up) or traded back into credits at the value shown. Crate openings may be performed or verified live on our Instagram.

Points

503 points are a promotional loyalty balance: one point per US dollar of goods paid by card (shipping excluded), tracked against the email used at checkout. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred or redeemed for cash, and convert only into discount codes at the published thresholds on the rewards page. Discount codes can't be combined with each other, and we may correct balances affected by refunds, chargebacks, or abuse.

Daily spin & promotions

The daily spin is a free promotional game — no purchase necessary. One spin per person per day; duplicate accounts, automated play, or exploiting bugs voids winnings. Prize claims must be sent to us by DM with the win code within 48 hours of winning. Promotional prizes are limited, while supplies last, and we may cap the number of claims honored per day. We may modify or end promotions at any time; changes never affect a win already claimed.

Claims, shipping & returns

Wholesale goods are used clothing sold as described, in graded condition; grading is done in good faith and quantities in bulk lots may vary slightly. Crate pulls and bundles ship from Hillsboro, Oregon, or can be picked up locally. Shipping is quoted at invoice. Because goods are used and sold in bulk at wholesale prices, all sales are final except where an order arrives materially different from what was described — message us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Fair play

Game results are generated by the site's published odds. Tampering with the site, spoofing results, or presenting altered screenshots as wins voids any claim and may get you banned from future purchases. If a technical error produces a result inconsistent with the published odds, the recorded server-side outcome (or our re-run of the draw) controls.

The fine print

These programs are void where prohibited by law. By using the site you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that promotional games of this kind are lawful where you live. We may update these terms; the version on this page is current. These terms are governed by Oregon law.
